A few details about the festival

Camping

We dedicate two areas in the factory building to tents, mattresses, and sleeping bags where you drop your bones to rest or have a nap.

Food and drinks

On the ground floor, we will set up a bar with drinks and snacks for extra friendly rates. Also, there will be a grill stand and the tables outside. Therefore, bring enough of your own food and some more to share. Also, we will try to organize some food that you can buy at the place.

Fireplace and Chill

Relax in cozy chill zones throughout the venue, with fireplaces set up on two floors. Outside, enjoy stargazing and gather around the factory bathtub bonfire for a truly magical evening under the stars.

Arriving

You can start arriving on Friday, September 20th, from 14:00, and the Friendstival will wrap up on Monday afternoon.

Train : The best option is to take the RE to Calau Bahnhof or Finsterwalde. From there you can bike to the factory or take our free shuttle with Tim (information will be in the telegram group)

A few rules to follow

We are a diverse group of people coming together to enjoy and create precious, comforting moments. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that all attendees adhere to the following guidelines. Please make sure to read and respect this code of conduct.

Respect and Inclusivity
We value respect, kindness, and inclusivity. Treat everyone with the same care and consideration you would expect. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Let’s make this a safe and welcoming space for all.

Consent
Always seek explicit consent before engaging in any physical interaction. This applies to everything from hugs to photographs. Consent is key to ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and respected.

Attendees Limit
To create the most enjoyable event, we are limiting the number of attendees to 70 people (including the team). Please only share the event with close friends you truly want to see. Let’s keep it intimate and special.

Waste Management

A simple rule: we leave the place cleaner than we found it. Everything we bring, leaves with us. Please manage your waste responsibly, ensuring that no one else has to deal with your trash. Together, we can keep the space beautiful and sustainable.

Noise Levels
While we’re all here to have a great time, please be mindful of noise levels during the late hours. Let’s ensure that everyone has the option to rest peacefully if they wish.

Caring for the Space
We’re gathering in a unique and historic location. Please treat the space with respect and care. Avoid damaging any part of the property, and if you see something that needs attention, let one of the organizers know.
